Just one thing. I’m not sure whether or not they checked the air pressure in my tires. I am on my 2nd lease with Toyota of Des Moines. I have had all of my service work performed at TDM as well, and I'm very impressed at their service process. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service, customer service and attention to my questions which has been provided to me. I was very disappointed to note an absence of postings to enc service, customer service and attention to my questions which has been provided to me. I was very disappointed to note an absence of postings to encourage people to wear masks and remain at least 6ft. apart in the waiting area. I was appalled to observe a man wear a face mask into the building and then remove it when he sat down. Face Mask postings would tell your customers that you care both about their safety and our community! Please do your part!! More
