Great service Experience Mike was wonderful to work with when we had both vehicles serviced: one for 90,000 mile and the other for 120,000 mile service. Jamie took info and let me know he would call as soon as car was done. He called to advise me about a couple things on my car that needed replaced/fixed. I told Jamie that I needed my car by 11:00. Sticky gearshift I spilled a latte on my gear shift and a few weeks later it became harder and harder to get it back into "park". Cleaning up the latte mess wasn't so I spilled a latte on my gear shift and a few weeks later it became harder and harder to get it back into "park". Cleaning up the latte mess wasn't something that the average person can total do by themselves. Thanks to the service person that cleaned up the inside of the gear shift so I no longer am having "sticky" issues putting my car in Park! More
