Poor service experience - I will not return to this dealership for service work in the future. I was not provided what I paid for, even after calling twice to request the info. When I called in to challenge what were very expensive quotes given for some additional work, I was told I must have mis-understood their earlier quote and it was not as expensive as I thought. They directly told me over the phone what the price would be. I thought it was outrageous, so declined the additional work. Then I found a receipt from them 6 years ago for the exact same work at less than 1/3 the price they quoted. When I called to find out why the difference, that is when I was told that "I must have miss-understood" the quoted price they provided. I had already had the work completed elsewhere for a rate MUCH less than they quoted. More
