We had made an appointment for February 24 that included oil change, tire rotation, check the battery, etc. The battery died on February 13. We were able to get a battery installed on the 15th. I arrived early and only waited 2 minutes before Joe greeted me. In addition to going over the items he would check, I asked him to show me how to operate a new tire pressure gauge I had just purchased. greeted me.
