Came in for typical 80k service and was surprised by the video inspection sent to my phone. Loved that! Very well done, explained and showed everything. It was excellent. Everything was done when they said it would be & I was kept informed throughout the service time. I actually received my car back sooner than I expected. Poor service experience - I will not return to this dealership for service work in the future. I was not provided what I paid for, even after calling twice to request the info. When I called in to challenge what were very expensive quotes given for some additional work, I was told I must have mis-understood their earlier quote and it was not as expensive as I thought. They directly told me over the phone what the price would be. I thought it was outrageous, so declined the additional work. Then I found a receipt from them 6 years ago for the exact same work at less than 1/3 the price they quoted. When I called to find out why the difference, that is when I was told that "I must have miss-understood" the quoted price they provided. I had already had the work completed elsewhere for a rate MUCH less than they quoted. More
