At no time did I feel like she was pressuring me into buying anything; she gave me an honest opinion and when we walked away from the dealership to come back later she gave me her number, hours she would be there and who I could talk to if she wasn't. I really appreciated having a woman to talk to at the dealership as I came in without my husband and I was very nervous. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. I do not remember his name, but the man who explained the vehicle to me was also wonderful. He had a great sense of humor and was very friendly. He responded to every question completely and when he did not have an answer he got back to us within a very short time. When we picked up the car it was ready to go - spotless fueled up and ready for the road. He did his very best to assist us in our purchase, not sell us a car. There is a huge difference in the two. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Toyota of Des Moines. I only wish I had not wasted my time visiting other Dealers. More
