Dealer was very friendly and helpful till purchase. Then it seemed like I was wasting their time. Didn't get title to truck upon purchase and had to call back numerous times(5) to get someone to send it to it seemed like I was wasting their time. Needed to downsize my vehicle for both payment and gas effiency reasons. Des Moines Toyota was the first stop that I made and I had the intention of going at least 2 different places. William was friendly and worked hard to get me a deal that I was satisfied with. Matt was great going over the paperwork and beings I was in Des Moines for a doctors appointment they were more than willing to work around my schedule. When I picked up the car (the same day) I don't think that I have ever had a vehicle that was cleaned and detailed so well. They also had a program in which they went over the whole car and explained all the details about that particular vehicle - that was a new experience for me and it was really a great service (so much better than trying to figure it out as you are trying to drive!!!) Rob Hutt was very helpful, knowledgeable, & curteous, and certainly met all of my expectations. I made three trips back to Toyota of Des Moines before I finally purchased a vehicle, and because I liked the way he worked with me, I asked for Rob's help each time I returned.
