While on a six thousand mile trip, we stopped at the store to get our 2004 4Runner serviced. While making the online service appointment we perused the used car inventory and discovered a 2006 4Runner o store to get our 2004 4Runner serviced. While making the online service appointment we perused the used car inventory and discovered a 2006 4Runner on the lot with only 67000 miles on it. While our car was being serviced we went down to the used car lot where we met Luis Castillo. Luis was very friendly and offered to let us test drive the 2006 vehicle. We drove the 4Runner and feel in love with it. Upon our return Luis took the time to find out all the particulars of what we wanted to offer for the vehicle - right down to the type of warranty. This service made the purchase of the vehicle go very quickly. Your F&I consultant also talked with us prior to starting the paperwork and with Luis' assistantance was able to have a good idea of our wants and needs for financing. When the paperwork was completed and ready to sign the process went smooth and easy. We received the price we wanted, the payments we requested, the price for out trade-in, the interest rate, and the right extended warranty. Overall the experience was GREAT and we will be back.
