WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Good service when wanting WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Good service when wanting pricing on a new vehicle UNTIL we mentioned negotiation and pricing from a dealer closer to our WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Good service when wanting pricing on a new vehicle UNTIL we mentioned negotiation and pricing from a dealer closer to our home. At that point in the conversation, we were asked why we even would come to visit their Toyota of Des Moines dealer. We said to compare prices on our trade in and new vehicle! Ken was horribly rude and essentially dismissed us, huffing and puffing under his breath as we left essentially treating us like we were wasting his time. I have never been so mistreated in my life - shame on you Toyota of DM. Someone with that many years of service should know better than to treat potential customers with such rude behavior. We didn't even get to make an offer - he didn't get an immediate sale on his initial pricing ending the conversation with his rude comment. I am so upset and humiliated by Ken Bright's behavior.
