Same problem with parts to be ordered even before service. Call a few days ahead to make sure low cost part is in stock for foreign car repair (oil change). Says part was ordered and day of repairs nothing was ordered. Every time same expected response. Spoke with manager .. problem was solved immediately. Clean and spacious. Reasonable wait time for the oil change for my car. Although my car is not a Toyota, they honored the coupon I had presented that said “Toyota models only”. Only negative was they fo change for my car. Although my car is not a Toyota, they honored the coupon I had presented that said “Toyota models only”. Only negative was they forgot to check/put air in my tires& vacuum car, and place new oil sticker on windshield until I reminded them after they gave me my car and I saw it had not been done. No big deal. More

Just be careful when you are dealing with Toyota Deerfield work shop specially during your free Toyota service of the first 25000 miles, they will bill Toyota for changing cabin filter and will be m Deerfield work shop specially during your free Toyota service of the first 25000 miles, they will bill Toyota for changing cabin filter and will be mentioned in their final invoice to you as well, but the filter has not been touched even cleaned with air compressor and it happened with me twice in 10,000 & 20,000 miles service plus they will not check or clean the engine air filter till they will replace it in 30,000 miles and this info of engine air filter I got it from my service advisor himself when I was complaining that they don’t even clean or check engine air filter status. So they are out of trust, only fancy showroom with tea & coffee. More
