Recently had great service manager, but most have been awful. I had an oil change months ago and my splash shield fell off while driving on highway. The shield is scraped up, but useable. Incredibly disappointed with the service I received at Deerfield Beach Toyota during my recent visit. When I called to schedule my appointment, I never received any confirmation. I had to call the dealers Deerfield Beach Toyota during my recent visit. When I called to schedule my appointment, I never received any confirmation. I had to call the dealership myself the morning of the appointment to confirm. After dropping off my car at 8:45 AM, I never received a call letting me know it was ready. By the end of the day, I had to assume it would be done and went to pick it up before the dealership closed. To my disappointment, my car had not been vacuumed or washed. In all the years I’ve taken my vehicles to Deerfield Beach Toyota for service, I’ve never had this happen before. This experience was far below the standard of service I’ve come to expect from this dealership, and I hope they address these issues to prevent others from having a similar experience. Prior to today, I would have recommended the dealership to friends and family. More
