Went for 5k service with brand new tires i upgraded, and had discussed the tires with service advisor. They rotated them anyways. I’m sure its so they can get money from Toyota. And now i have vibration in my steering wheel….they also broke some studs by over torquing but made good on all that More

Sempre tive ótimas experiências desde a compra até o service. Porém na minha última visita, infelizmente não foi assim. Service de 15k e relatei 2 coisas que estavam me incomodando no veículo. Pedi para service. Porém na minha última visita, infelizmente não foi assim. Service de 15k e relatei 2 coisas que estavam me incomodando no veículo. Pedi para verificarem. Uma delas seria necessário fazer um road test para detectar um barulho que tenho escutado vindo painel quando estou dirigindo (carro novo, faz 8 meses que comprei). Quando peguei o carro após o serviço ter sido feito e reforçado pelo advisor Lucas, que o road east havia sido feito e que NÃO DETECTARAM NADA, então notei que entreguei o carro pra eles com 15.386 e peguei com 15.390. Então como que foi feito road test sendo que o carro só tinha 4 milhas a mais? Road test means DIRIGIR o veículo e assim avaliar o possível problema. Mas como isso foi feito somente com essa diferença de milhas ? Não precisa ser muito inteligente pra ter certeza de que não foi feito nenhuma avaliação do que eu havia falado. Algo tão simples, não entendo o porque foi negligenciado. E pra finalizar, no paperwork havia a informação de que tinha sido vaccum, e sempre que levei meu carro lá, o vacuum era feito, mas dessa vez não foi feito. Isso é Um detalhe mas associado a outra questão, se tornou um descontentamento maior. More
