I checked in with Mia, who though she is busy with another customer, says “hello” and that she will get me as soon as she is finished. While waiting, previous reps I have worked with say “hi”. It is simply a nice atmosphere. The restrooms are clean, there is always seating and they have a great full service coffee machine (FREE) while you wait, ice cold water as well. What I really liked about this appointment was connecting with Lucas. Nice young man that I worked with when I first purchased vehicle 2years ago. He came up to me and asked how I was and if I was enjoying my Venza. You don’t often experience that level of engagement any longer, especially AFTER you buy the car.
