He knew the car inside and out and had my wife's phone paired with the hands-free system in just a few moments. I'm terrible with names, but the finance officer was equally professional - he offered us various finance and warranty options but was not pushy with any of them! We quickly settled on a great financing offer and were out the door and on our way! The tiniest little nit was that when detailing the car they did not do a great job on the inside of the windshield and there was cleaner residue there - not really a big deal except when driving west into the sun it was distracting. People were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. My only complaint is that the process took as long as it did.
