All promises with nothing but lies! Worst everything you want at a dealership. I used to love toyotas. I've been coming to this dealership ever since I moved to Florida 12 years ago. I started having my car serviced by David Romeo. Bought a 2009 Certified Toyota Camry. I hadn't fully understood the terms of the contract and I came back 2 days later to speak with the general manager. Both him and the finances managers were very hel understood the terms of the contract and I came back 2 days later to speak with the general manager. Both him and the finances managers were very helpful and understanding, they took ownership and action of the situation. I am very pleased with the purchase and I would recommend this dealer although I would try to avoid finances specialist Billy Hasson as he may not be the best at explaining the terms of the agreement. They sold me a vehicle that had been in an accident and I was denied a CARFAX, later i was provided one and then informed that my car had in fact been involved in an accident. I am now being told that the car has AFTER MARKET parts that are not covered under my warranty! The dealer wants me to pay for the repairs of the AC, parts that should be covered by warranty if the vehicle had not been damaged! When I purchased this vehicle, I was told that it was a Clean CARFAX vehicle, and "not to worry, all our vehicles are clean or we would just send them to to auto-auction" I want my car repaired and returned to me, at dealer expense. If they would have sold me a clean car to begin with, we would not be in this position More
I would NEVER do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla from two very nice salesmen by the name of Brian and Cedric. Great men! The car was purchased in cash for a anyone. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla from two very nice salesmen by the name of Brian and Cedric. Great men! The car was purchased in cash for a ok price and they also honored my Carfax trade in value for $1200, which was good. I left the dealership satisfied. BUT there's more! :( when I bought my car home it was INFESTED with roaches. So I brought the car back 2 days later for a FULL refund to excersise my right to a refund in 7 days, THIS IS WHERE MY PROBLEMS BEGAN! The sales managers made me wait for 2 hours before they agreed to give me a refund. They were rude and nasty. They didn't want to give me my money back! They sold my trade in at the auction and STILL WANTED TO PLAY WITH MY MONEY! They tried to put me in another car so they could keep my money. After the 2 hour mark they stated they had to check to see if my check cleared! That took forever and then finally I called my bank to stop payment on the check. I advised them what I did and told them to write me a check for the difference for my trade in and stop payment fee of $35.00. DEERFIELD TOYOTA REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MONEY FOR MY STOP PAYMENT FEE. So not only am I out of my time for dealing with this, I have no car because they sold my trade in, BUT now I have roaches in my car garage and house and I have to pay for that. I received nothing for my trouble, stop payment fee or the roaches that are now moving into my home. This was a horrible experience and I am now walking until I can purchase another car. WARNING- do not deal with this dealership. More

Bonnie took the time to thoroughly go over all the options and made my entire experience very pleasant. I would certainly recommend Toyota of Deerfield Beach.....This waas my second experience with them and both times I have been extremely satisfied. More

Bought a used truck "as is" but was never disclosed that it had a blown engine (oil leaking into the engine). When I got home to Palm Beach Gardens and checked the oil it was down to 5 quart disclosed that it had a blown engine (oil leaking into the engine). When I got home to Palm Beach Gardens and checked the oil it was down to 5 quarts - added 1 quart and truck started smoking. took it to a mechanic and repairs were estimated at $2200. Contacted the dealership and they more or less said sorry about your bad luck. When buying the truck they were great - after they got the money they would not help us but blamed the problem on us - We called them within 2 weeks to report this problem. What about the honorable thing - make this sale right - fix the vehicle or if they think we got such a good deal take the vehicle back. Instead, they say "as is" is just that as is. They is such a thing of deceptive act and that is what they did. On their behalf they did tell us there was a problem with the transmission but repaired it. This was a 2002 F150 pickup and we paid $7,000.00 which also included dealer fee. This dealership is no better than a car lot More

All I can say is Thanks to All that assisted me in purchasing a new Camry 2012. The experience was amazing, from ringing the bells and signing all documents.
