This dealership made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Ana and Carlos, my sales associates, went above and beyond to made it as easy as possible for me to get the car I want at the price I want. They one. Bought a new car from this dealership and trusted them to change the trim. Their employee Chris ordered the wrong type of kit and had it installed at a 3rd party location. Bottom line rather than the mol change the trim. Their employee Chris ordered the wrong type of kit and had it installed at a 3rd party location. Bottom line rather than the molded kit that covers the trim they ordered and installed a flat kit that partially covers some of the existing trim. I asked for photos of what it would look like before and this was not given to me. Bottom line their fix is to refund $500 and i am expected to just say oh well it's fine. I am stuck driving a brand new car with a trim that their upper sales people said and i quote " my 10 year old could have done a better job ". They are not accepting any responsibility for their employees mistakes and i am left with a NEW Car that has a kit in it that is used for old cars who's interior is shot rather than a molded kit that changes the trim from one to another. Am sickened by their unwillingness to have integrity to make right their mistake. Never trust this company or dealership as whatever mistakes they make YOU are the one that will pay for it. They will accept NO Accountability. Bottom Line this is the worst experience of my life. Forget about Toyota Corporate as in the end the dealerships are privately owned companies and are only as good as the owners integrity. Perhaps my only options now are to go to help me howard or some similar consumer aide or take it to small claims court but really these are not options that i relish. Am also unfortunately stuck having to go to this dealership for all the warranty things that were bought as well - so be careful of what you buy. The assistant manager of the service department did NOT check with the installer as to what should be ordered as they told me they would NEVER have recommended nor installed a flat kit in a New Car that what is put in by Dealerships is the Molded Variety that is made to enhance and fit the car interior as it is. Am still hoping they will do the right thing but last word is they are unwilling to do anything more than refund $500 and that only adds insult to injury. Am sorry that this type of review has to take place. More
People sound very friendly, until the point that they manage to sell you a car. After that point, they desert you and it takes a while to come out. I had several problems with the car. When i was calling several people in the customer service, nobody would ever pick up the phone and no one would return my calls. Every time, i had to drive there and then, they had to talk to me. Also, during the lease process, they always try to trick you to buy additional options that are already covered by Toyota and they mislead you. I dont have any issue with the service department More
I went in to trade my car. I spoke to Talbot Summers (the internet manager i believe) and he gave me a general ballpark number of how much I will be looking to pay for my car. So I drove 45 min to go there expecting the deal to go through. The salesman came back to me with DOUBLE the amount I was told over the phone. And when I said why they lied to me about it, they basically told me that I was lying and I had said something else over the phone. Bottom line, don't go to this dealership if you want a good honest deal. As I was sitting there waiting for the salesman, another couple that came in to buy a corolla asked if 2013 corollas came out but just to sell the 2012, they lied and said they didn't come out yet. What kind of customer service is that? Avoid going here. Trust me. More
