I have been to the service department two times now with appointments. Both times i have been their not one person would help me. On the second time I waited outside my car patiently for over 15 minutes, i appointments. Both times i have been their not one person would help me. After 20 minutes of nobody helping me I just left. I emailed them on two separate occasions and have yet to hear back from them. More

I have given the rating good as great, cause there is always room for improvement, no one is perfect. This dealership will treat you extremely well as long as they are making money off you, as soon as that ends expect to be stepped on like a bug. Initially all services on my car went well- nothing major nee they are making money off you, as soon as that ends expect to be stepped on like a bug. Initially all services on my car went well- nothing major needed to be done (all just routine maintenance) but all had a fee associated with them. Their fees are higher than if I went to a repair shop (as opposed to a dealer), but their service was good so I just bit the bullet. However then I tried on 3 separate occasions to have my Toyota serviced for several different recalls all of which were at no cost to me, each time I got the run around ("parts will be in in a few weeks", "we need to contact Toyota" etc.) and nothing ever happened. No callbacks, no followups, nothing, When I followed up I was given a further run-around. I subsequently took my car to Ed Morse Delray Toyota (about 15 mins away) and everything was taken care off. In hindsight I should have known better since Toyota of Deerfield tried to charge me for minor things (such as resetting a maintenance required light-which they should have done when THEY performed the maintenance). Anyway buyer beware-it seems like all the positive reviews focus on people that are still spending money, lets see how they feel when they should get something for free. More

Had a great experience with Scotty the prior sales manager a few years ago. Unfortunately, Scotty, Bonnie and ALL of the trustworthy staff are gone and now the place is just left with the standard li manager a few years ago. Ana, Carlos, John and Allan were great. I went in for servicing my 2012 toyata corolla. I was not happy about the cost of servicing and I ended up leaving with a 2013 toyota corolla. They were friendly and Ana was especially concerned for my comfort with both my buying experience and she ensured that I was comfortable while I waited. It too a bit long than I intended to be there but Ana kept checking to see if I was ok and did all she could to ensure I got my car and was satisfied. My only hang up is your prices. More

When you decide to buy a car a lot of doubts arrive in front of you. I made my research with friends and I was told Toyota Corolla was a good option when you're looking for an economic and comfortable car front of you. A storm had happened and I called Fort Lauderdale because I couldn't be connected to Deerfield Beach Dealer. They probably checked the numbers and called me back. I felt motivated by them. Carlos picked me up at North Miami (the day before I wasn't rude but he knew the time of the call wasn't the right one and he was very gentle), Ana was very efficient answering my questions and Mark was able to give me a good deal. Jander knows what he does. At the end I spent many hours there but I left after I had my lunch paid for, with my new car clean and with full tank!!!!!! More
