I have had work done at this dealership a few times with no significant issues other that refusal to wash car do to exterior equipment on vehicle. This is no big issue however on my last visit I came in for no significant issues other that refusal to wash car do to exterior equipment on vehicle. This is no big issue however on my last visit I came in for the tire psi monitoring system that was not reading tire pressure. Basically I had a five wheel rotation done and realized that the spare does not have one of these sensors on it so the system won’t read the spare and the system will not work unless it has data from all four wheels. Anyway I had toyota rotate tires so that all four sensors were on the vehicle and the spare was the wheel without the sensor. The service center then needed to reset the system and or the system resets itself while driving to get the tire psi level back on the readout. Anyway the technician and advisor that were working on my car said that I must have a bad sensor on one of my tires and a replacement would cost I think it was around $400 or so. I declined to buy a new sensor and the system started working on my drive home. I called the advisor to let him know that they almost charged me $400 for a part I didn’t need and he didn’t seem to care too much no apology or anything for their mistake. So for this visit I give them a 2 and maybe I won’t go back not sure yet. More
