EXCELLENT SERVICE I have been a customer of Toyota of Deerfield Beach, since October 2012. Although I did not purchase my vehicle at this site, I am extremely please w I have been a customer of Toyota of Deerfield Beach, since October 2012. Although I did not purchase my vehicle at this site, I am extremely please with the customer service I receive from Jesse James. In fact, I will NOT go to any other service representative for assistance. This is not due to the others not being helpful and friendly, because they are. I prefer to work with Jesse, because he is extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and always provides me with tips and suggestions on what needs to be done immediately. I walked around the building a bit to kill some time and was kindly approached by Ben Green. He was so friendly and the smile ear to ear made me feel so welcome and like he was actually excited to see me. We spoke for awhile about the different cars and their individual perks and every question I asked he had an accurate answer for. We even went to the stock lot and test drove a few. I did not buy a car that day cause that was not the reason I was there. But WHEN I do it will be at Toyota and from Mr. Ben Green. Thank you for curing my fear of pushy car salesmen. More

Amazing Staff! When I walked in the dealership I was treated like a true customer, not like a buyer in an assembly line.. He was friendly and to the point. He knows his stuff and had every answer to the plethora of questions I had. I really felt like he had my best interests at heart and that I would walk out of the dealership having made the right decision.
