Excellent staff, great deals I came in with my cousin and my parents to get a corolla. We were first approach by Lesly who kindly helped us to look on the cars we were looking for I came in with my cousin and my parents to get a corolla. We were first approach by Lesly who kindly helped us to look on the cars we were looking for and very patiently showed us the ones they had. He also had us test drive the car we were interested in. Hector helped us a lot in getting the prices right and on how to get the payment done. Later on we decided on a RAV4 Limited and they kindly re-did everything and contacted us with Natalie too (Who helped us a lot with the spanish translation for my parents). The Lesly and Natalie helped us with the payment and introduced us to Dwight who was an awesome person, always smiling, fun to talk to and super efficient. He took us step by step on our purchase and helped us with the complicated process, making it easy and understandable for us. Finally we got the car and Natalie took our picture with it. We're very gratefull with all four of them (Lesly, Natalie, Hector and Dwight) for being so kind and helpful and we totally recommend them to anyone that wants to make a purchase. Salesman Craig Sabarese meet me and my husband as soon as we parked our car. He was very friendly and helpful. We gave him the amount that we could pay and he made sure to get me and my husband in a car that was fully loaded, gas efficient, and very safe for the baby!!!!!! When I arrived, I asked for her, waited a little bit, when she came to the front desk she shook my hand with a smile and introduced me to my rep. Plus, Jessica was pretty cute so she gets cool points for that as well. My rep who helped me with my car was Gregory Linton. He did a phenomenal job. He was doing smart work and figured out exactly what I needed and then proceeded to serve a great deal on a golden platter. He is also a hard worker and went the extra mile to make my experience awesome. I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and knows his product. Give him a promotion. I also talked to Financial Manager Dominic Raneri. Great guy, great attitude, and great customer service. The last Financial Manager I talked to before I received my brand new whip, was John Deering. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Great job. I highly recommend working with him as well. I also got to give a shoutout to sales rep Tosca Casinelli. She let me use her iPhone charger while I was waiting to finalize my deal...that was pretty cool...and she was really nice, full of smiles. Thank you. In conclusion, it was a great experience.
