#1 Most Heartless, Inconsiderate & Disorganized Service Dept When I got my new car from Toyota of Deerfield Beach. It seemed they would bend over backwards to get you to be able to get into the car I wanted at a When I got my new car from Toyota of Deerfield Beach. It seemed they would bend over backwards to get you to be able to get into the car I wanted at a great price. Well I had to come back and get my car serviced because some kind of rodent decided to get inside and chew the wiring of my car. I figured they would be just as helpful as the first time but I could not have been more wrong. I left my car with them on 12/26/16 and had to get into a rental from my insurance for which I pay $23.24 every day. They told me my car would be ready on 1/4/16 and it's not just not ready but they don't even have the parts still!!!! This is completely unacceptable. Maybe it's not their fault for the delayed shipping of the parts but I would expect they would have the decency to help out a customer in need with a loaner vehicle. They say by 1/10/16 it should be ready IF the parts arrive that is. So here I am going negative in my bank account and saving the money I do have to pay for the repair that might not even be ready on their questionable estimated dates. Oh and get this, I talked to some chick in the service department who said my car was ready and I could go pick it up anytime! I have her my name and I heard her type it in somewhere as she said "your car is ready". I double checked by asking her if I could come pick up my car anytime today as it was done being repaired. I was literally halfway there when I get a call from them saying my car was nowhere close to being ready. What the xxxx is going on in this mess of a place?!?!?!? I won't even be able to pay my bills or get enough groceries because of all these extra days with the rental. I have been to other places with previous vehicles I had that gave me a loaner and did everything possible to make their customer happy. I am shocked at how terrible it is to deal with them. Can't even trust them to say my car is ready. Definitely will NOT be coming back to them for my cars needs. What's going on here guys? I'm starting to think you are hiding something from me and there is a bigger issue I am not being told about. It is now January 13 and still no car. Yesterday I finally spoke with someone although they were also pretty useless. I was told that the piece for my car still has not arrived and maybe today it would arrive and I'd get my car. 4:15 pm, they close service at 6pm and still nothing. I asked if there was any way I could be compensated for everything. My rental came from my insurance so they said they could reimburse me for anything there but then a rental from them (toyota) would've been more expensive which is why I didn't go with them. Whether I had gotten a rental or not you would think they would compensate in some way for all the trouble I've gone through just to get a hold of someone that can tell me what is going on with my car.
