outstanding Customer Service I was greeted by Frank, who knew my name when I pulled up. He was very kind, even engaged in friendly conversation outside of the car. My Jeep has seen better days but when I left that day after the car wash, she looked brand new! And she drove like she did when I first got her. I cannot thank Karl enough for being so sweet with my first visit. My daughter recommended Toyota and I can see why.
