Complaining about the service Good afternoon! My schedule was marked with Frank Picciotti. A person who treated me like a robot. He did not give me a compliment, he did not look Good afternoon! He did not give me a compliment, he did not look at me, he did not return my calls after an hour and a half of trying. The very educated secretaries did not know what to tell me anymore, since I had given him my message since the first time I called. I made my complaint straight to your boss. When I delivered the car, it just gave me the key without explaining what was done and without any documents. I really was disappointed. Thanks More
