Call was answered pleasantly in 2 rings and I called more than once. Talked with Cece first very helpful, called back and GiGi finished making my appointment. Also, courteous. When I arrived I was directed to Manny Piere. He did a great job getting the info, discussing suggested service (Car is 2001 Camry) I told him my time here was short, I am sure he gets that all the time. Well, he called back with in an hour or so, discussed needed repairs, had estimates for each. As it was later in day, car would need to held overnight. Manny helped arrange a rental, though the dealer was out, he did the calling to the agency for me.. worked perfectly. Called me next day with completion time and even got it shortened a bit so I could return rental on time. Overall, Manny did a super job. I would even consider him a friend even after only such a brief encounter More
