outstanding Customer Service I was greeted by Frank, who knew my name when I pulled up. He was very kind, even engaged in friendly conversation outside of the car. I was told the work would take an hour and a half and it took exactly that. The waiting room is really a very nice lounge area. Really impressive area. The best Toyota Dealership I have been too. Excellent!!! Karl is a life saver! I have never had a greater experience at a dealership. Even though it was a little busy, he got me checked in and let me know ex Karl is a life saver! I have never had a greater experience at a dealership. Even though it was a little busy, he got me checked in and let me know exactly what was going to be done. My Jeep has seen better days but when I left that day after the car wash, she looked brand new! And she drove like she did when I first got her. I cannot thank Karl enough for being so sweet with my first visit. My daughter recommended Toyota and I can see why. I will be making this dealership my go-to for services and possibly a new car purchase. If all the service advisors are like Karl, I will definitely be telling my friends and coworkers as well. More
