From our initial meeting, Brad proved to be very knowledgeable about the various Toyota models that I was interested in exploring. He was straightforward, honest, highly competent, friendly and willing to give of himself far above and beyond any reasonable parameter of expectations. He has a 'can do' attitude, processes questions rapidly and provides competent, straight to the point advice based upon customer needs. My Toyota Camry was quite clean but was filled with all kinds of stuff that has been accumulated and stored for three and one half years. As a professor and a special education consultant, I tend to accumulate a lot of stuff. Brad actually took his time to assist me in the very tedious work of transferring all kinds of stuff from my Camry to my new Prius He also thoroughly explained to me new features of the Prius and actually worked with me to learn the ins and outs of my new car. His expertise in finance, management and sales enabled me to navigate what would have otherwise been a very daunting experience Prior to this situation, I had never met Brad. So my comments are based strictly upon the outstanding service that he provided. He is a credit first and foremost to himself, but also to Toyota at Dartmouth, MA and to Toyota Corporation. The salesman involved with her 2007 Camry purchase was in her words,"very rude and not polite". We both agreed that our "purchasing visit" was unlike trips to furniture stores, etc. in the past - where the top-selling vultures were waiting patiently for "the kill". Albeit; much information had already been exchanged over the phone and internet prior to our arriving. Simply put: "You delivered the best price". Very fair price, no haggling needed. She emailed me a signed purchase and sales agreement and I took it to the dealer and bought the car. All went smoothly. At the dealer I dealt with the finance manager Jason, who was very pleasant and the loan process was quick and easy. Julian Schwartz took care of the legwork once I arrived at the dealer. I can't say enough wonderful things about Julian, he's a great person and he took the utmost care, was incredibly patient, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the car and my experience with the dealer. A+ all around, if you live anywhere near these guys it's worth the trip. More
