The lease on our 2010 RAV4 was coming close to the end. My wife and I were not sure if we wanted to keep the 2010 because of the low mileage (14k). After our son introduced us the Sean and Teresa the Sales Manager we became very comfortable and they explained our options. Toyota of Dartmouth bought our RAV4 and we had equity. So we leased a 2013 RAV4. By the way we had service on the 2010 done there, but did not purchase it there. We will hopefully be leasing another one in three years. More
Chris Burke was very professional. No pressure salesman who spoke truthfully. Price was lowest in the market for the car we had purchased. Paperwork was fast and warranties were explained clearly. Sean was an awesome salesman! He treated my family and I with respect. He valued our time. He went over every option in the vehicles we looked at (some he had to show twice, I am not car savvy) We got a ver with respect. He valued our time. The dealership, both the service area and salesroom, are clean and inviting. Every employee was professional and polite. I had brought my old car there for repairs. I wasn't happy when the service manager told me in his opinion it wouldn't be worth fixing...10 year old car...130,000 miles. But he also said it wasn't very safe so the evening I went to pick it up, I looked for a new car. I had worked all day, it was still in the mid 90's outside, and my beloved car wasn't safe to drive. To say I was cranky would have been an understatement. The new car shopping experience was great. Julian Schwartz was friendly but not in the steriotypical car salesman way. He answered all my questions, didn't look annoyed when I asked to test drive more than one car, and seemed very genuine. The other young man who guided me through signing the mountain of paperwork was also polite and understanding. I do not remember his name but there was just an article about him in the Standard Times. Picking up the car was also a good experience. Julian took the time to explain some of the car's features and helped me set up the bluetooth for my cell phone. He also set up my first service appointment. I work 10-11 hour days so I appreciate a service center that is open after 5 PM. Toyota of Dartmouth has me as a customer for life. More

When we agreed to make the purchase there were no surprises or add on fees that were not discussed. Brad was the best car dealer we could have found. Jason was also very helpful in this transaction. Brad not only introduced himself within 4 minutes of us walking through the lot, he made it a point to remember our names at our first initial introduction. Buying a car can be an intimidating, stressful, even frustrating experience, but we were nothing but at ease! He also made sure that we didn't "settle" on anything we were not satisfied with, which proved to us that he wasn't just out to "get a sale". A+++ More

brad was a very nice guy to do business with. he was honest and forthcoming and very polite. He did not come off very aggressive and told us exactly what he could and couldn't do which made are decisio honest and forthcoming and very polite. He also went through the car with us and explained the buttons and functions of the car which was very helpful considering our old car had been a 01 Mitsubishi which didn't have much of this new technology. I recommend Toyota and any going in to do business with brad trefrey. More
