They found one with 13K miles at this dealership. I contacted my service manager Jamie who put me in contact with Chris Burke who called me. He was extremely professional and helpful in the process -- did not put me through any haggling nightmares as other dealers often do -- but gave me his best price on the dealer certified auto, some consideration for my prior service history, and a modest amount for my depreciated vehicle with new tires. while I have purchased many vehicles in my 68 years, Chris (and Jamie) made this the best auto purchase experience I have had.
