Still great! My car is 10 years old and I bring it here for service twice a year. I have never had a bad experience. They have called to notify me of warranty repairs that I would not have know of otherwise. Seems the staff stays around for years, which is a good sign. The boss even comes out to talk with customers and even to bring the car around. The shuttle service is great. No pressure to have service performed, only recommendations. Very knowledgeable people at the service desk. They listen and write down everything so there are no surprises and I haven't had to remind them to do anything. I will buy my next car here. More

Disgusted. I went to get an oil changed and the car was gone thru and inspected on nov. 3rd. Service center told me my slides were sticking on my calipers and n I went to get an oil changed and the car was gone thru and inspected on nov. 3rd. Service center told me my slides were sticking on my calipers and needed to Coleen them for $300.00. On nov 17 had a bad sensor changed and told me I was unable to get my inspection sticker due to my low brake pedal and I needed rotors and pass on the back. On Nov 24th called them to get price on brake job. $820.00 for back rotors pads and only pads in the front. Plus told me I might need a caliper on front left. On Dec 3rd was sent a letter stating I needed rear calipers. In 1 month I RECIEVED 4 different diagnosis on my brake system. I will never go their again. Or buy my vehicle THIER again. Afraid to call or go THIER again. Might need a master Cylinder this time. Shadey service. More
