This Dealership Has the Right Approach! I had no plans to lease a new car when I brought my Tacoma in for a recall service, but it was a nice day and I had a look around. I encountered Del o I had no plans to lease a new car when I brought my Tacoma in for a recall service, but it was a nice day and I had a look around. I encountered Del outside who asked if I'd like some help. By then I had seen the new 2016 RAV 4s and fell in love with the blue one. Lisa Silva came out and drove me to the back lot where a long line of new RAV4s were. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me understand the difference between the different models. I took it for a test drive and knew I was on the road to my next new Toyota. Lisa sat down with me and in a very low-pressure way discussed the options for leasing and buying. She ran around a bit getting my vehicle appraised for trade-in and working out the financing options and within a 1/2 hour I had made my decision. I always find the service department to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and was pleased to find the same was true of the sales staff. Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process painless. Del was friendly and quickly got my financing in order. I'm driving my new 2016 RAV4 SE and I LOVE IT!
