Worst dealership ever!! Going to this dealership is the worst experience of my life. If i had the option, i would give them negative stars. All they do is lie to their custom Going to this dealership is the worst experience of my life. If i had the option, i would give them negative stars. All they do is lie to their customers and behave rudely. They wasted my 3 days , the manager was so rude and sarcastic and now they don’t want to give my money back. I put $800 on a car and realized that they charged us way more than other dealerships. I hadn’t taken the car home yet nor, finalized the process. The next day, i called and said i want to back out and even went to the dealership. They kept changing the deal and tried to charge me more money. When I asked for my refund, they said I won’t get any refund. They spoke so rudely and slammed the door in front of us and even threated us. I have never met such rude, lying crooked people in my life. I am never going to this dealership again and I want my money back! I will take actions against them and file a complaint with Texas Attorney General over false sales practices violating customer protection laws. More

Super Salesman Sonny Muhammad is the perfect salesperson. We bought a new 4Runner and a new Tacoma from him two years ago so when we decided to buy a new Tundra 1794 Sonny Muhammad is the perfect salesperson. Very disappointing I traded in my vehicle last week. My Toyota rep was Ari Prado. The entire process took 7 hours. Poor Ari had no explanation on why it was taking I traded in my vehicle last week. My Toyota rep was Ari Prado. The entire process took 7 hours. Poor Ari had no explanation on why it was taking so long. Each time he would go back to the service area and come back with a blanket statement - "It shouldn't take too much longer." Upon arrival at home, I had some issues with the trade-in. I attempted to contact Ari Prado every day for three days. He has ignored all my attempts. The poor kid has a long way to go. He is far from a professional. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with Ari Prado. More
