Thanks Toyota of Cool Springs! My check engine light on my 2003 Tundra came on recently. After taking it to your shop it turned out to be only the gas cap so I had it replaced and some other minor work per my 2003 Tundra came on recently. Great Service from an honest dealership We have a Sequoia, Tundra, Sienna and a 4Runner in the family. All are serviced by Toyota CS and all are one owner cars purchased new. Every service, recall or problem we have had has been handled professionally, politely and with competence, from the techs in the back, to the service writers, fiance and sales folks as well. Our go to guy in service is John Kuykendall. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to explain things that need doing and what the cost will be up front. I appreciate the care he gives each member of our family and the attention to detail he provides. John is real asset in a large dealership like this . Service scheduler Kayla is very helpful as well. She makes sure the time and appointment will work when convenient for you, not just for the dealership. More
