A complete train wreck of a service center. I've been in 8 times for check engine light and rough idle. 6 of those times, the check engine light came back on within 24 hours and 20 miles of leaving the dea 8 times for check engine light and rough idle. 6 of those times, the check engine light came back on within 24 hours and 20 miles of leaving the dealership. I did *everything* they recommended - Distributor cap & wires (why didn't you guys change the spark plugs - poor service). Valve job. Pressure sensors. $5,000 and 8 visits later, the latest was "Let's replace the complete exhaust system for $8500 and see if that fixes it". I'm sure it would. For $8500 you can put so many parts in it, maybe it will work. The service manager gives you a blank stare. The GM is a coward and won't meet with me. I just want it fixed right, and returned to me, not the "I turned a screw, looks like it worked, come and get it again!". Bunch of stupid xxxxxxx with tools. More

I took my Rav4 in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and to address the tire pressure light that had turned on. Service Representatives said that the pressure light had turned off and the tire rotation) and to address the tire pressure light that had turned on. Service Representatives said that the pressure light had turned off and there was no problem now. About 5 hours after I left, I had a completely flat tire. This particular tire is under warranty, so I would have just put the spare on and went to Big O Tires to get my replacement. When I tried to take the tire off, they had screwed the lug nuts so tight that I broke my lug nut wretch and stripped the lug nut (Not kidding). So, I had to tow my car back to Cool Springs and Uber home. The next day, they told me that the TPMS needed to be replaced, but I would have to pay for a new tire, which is not true. After all morning going back and forth, they said they would replace the tire pressure gauge and not the tire. So, unless you do you own research, this service department will say things are fixed that aren’t, make a simple problem a huge one, and then lie to you to get you to buy more stuff. More

At this visit, we specifically asked for car wash. My wife spoke w the service associate, Alex, who assured her that it had been done. It was evening when I picked up the car, and when I got home I found that it most definitely had not been washed. There were smears where we had wiped around door handles and fingerprints in the dirt on lift gate. I called back, and was again told that it had been done. As I explained my findings and frustration, there was no apology, no offer to have it washed elsewhere as we live about 25 min away I took the liberty of speaking to sales manager Denzel, who asked me to contact him if/when we returned. May seem like a small issue, but not being able to count on things being done, then being lied to about it does not inspire confidence in dealership. I received 5 or 6 email requests for a review and initially elected to let it go and not leave a review, but after repeated emails, I elected to give them what they asked for. More
