Christmas tree dashboard relief I have had good experiences with previous visits with the service department at Toyota of Cool Springs. But on a recent visit, I was very apprehensive to speak to a random Service Advisor because my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree, but the Service Advisor Rycine "Ray" Ellison quickly made me feel that he was genuinely there to help by discussing options and understanding my predicament.
