Amazing customer service John was prompt in greeting me as I pulled into the dealer. He had my vehicles information and my oil change paperwork started before I even got in to John was prompt in greeting me as I pulled into the dealer. We discussed the services my vehicle needed due to the miles and the way I use my vehicle. They had my service done in record time and I even paid from my phone when I was ready to leave. I bought a used vehicle that was missing a hubcap, but was assured that a replacement had already been ordered and was being shipped in as they were currently out of stock. It didn’t bother me until 3 weeks later when I came back to get my plate and registration, I stopped by the service counter to ask about the hubcap and explain the situarion. They told me that was the first they were hearing about the hubcap, and that they weren’t sure why I was told one was on the way because they always have them in stock, and in fact had them in stock while I was there, but wouldn’t give me one without paying for it. So the parts counter essentially told me my salesman lied to me, then wouldn’t take any action to remedy the situation except for me purchasing it myself. Unprofessional in my opinion. More
