Being an older single woman I can say I was a bit scared and apprehensive about looking for a car on my own. My kids are busy and didn’t have a lot of time to help me out, but everyone there at Toyota made and apprehensive about looking for a car on my own. My kids are busy and didn’t have a lot of time to help me out, but everyone there at Toyota made me feel so secure from the first person to look me in the eyes which was his name was Kevin he immediately could tell I was possibly scared and shy he made me feel very comfortable very secure he could tell immediately the kind of cars that would be good for me or not like which ones I would have to step up high into or step down low into he could see my disability without me telling him and without him asking he was very kind. I felt like he was a family member to me. He’s the one that brought Justin Vu over to me to help me with the details he was a younger guy very nice young man and respectful .then after my kids got there with me and had extra questions they finally got there to help me. Rudy came over and he was amazing. Then Luis helped me sign papers he was kind and patient I was the very last customer of the night!!!! They now hold a big place in my heart they were very kind helpful and patient especially Rudy with all my kids tough questions! I love Toyota of Clovis!!
