At the beginning of the car search, I was looking several different car dealers in the town and in Chattanooga. All the other cars looked very attractive but the biggest reason I chose Toyota of Cleveland was Brad. It was my first new car shopping and I have been nervous if I would be approved to sign a lease contract. He introduced me the college graduate program but had never force me to make a decision. The dealers at the other manufactures gave me a deadline to make decision and required me to turn in a lot of documents that seems so unnecessary to purchase a car. I changed my mind to lease a Rav4 when I visited for a test driving not a Collora. Brad and the other people spent their time for me to drive both cars. I am very happy to have a new car and that I chose Toyota of Cleveland as my dealer. More

Pete Green was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the models I was interested in and, unlike my recent experience with another Toyota dealer, he listened to me to learn what I wanted, and didn't try to c models I was interested in and, unlike my recent experience with another Toyota dealer, he listened to me to learn what I wanted, and didn't try to convince me to buy something I didn't want. On the test drive, he knew when to talk and when to let me focus on the car. I never felt like I was being pushed in any direction, but instead felt like he wanted to be sure he understood what my needs were and then help me get there. We discussed price entirely by e-mail, and I was confident that he was being straight me the entire time. All in all, a very positive experience, and I will certainly return to this dealership and to Pete the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
