After having an unpleasant experience at a different dealership, I made a phone call to Toyota of Cleveland and spoke with Holly. She was extremely friendly and after discussing what I was looking for ( dealership, I made a phone call to Toyota of Cleveland and spoke with Holly. She was extremely friendly and after discussing what I was looking for (FJ Cruiser), she told me to come by the lot and that they would have ready the vehicle I was looking to test drive. When I arrived to Toyota of Cleveland, I was greeted by Pete Green. After explaining that I was looking for an FJ Cruiser, Pete talked with a very extensive knowledge of the vehicle, and even knew about the history of the Land Cruiser predecessors of the modern FJ. I went on a test drive with Pete, and he did a great job of explaining all of the features, capabilities, and limitations of the vehicle. Before the test drive was through, I knew that I was wanting to do business with Pete and the rest of the Toyota of Cleveland staff. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Pete was a great salesman and carried himself very professionally. He was very honest and worked with me to reach a price that we were both comfortable with. Also, Karen in the finance department was great to work with. She was very friendly and did a great job explaining all of my financing options and also extended warranties. Once again, I never felt like I was being pushed to make a decision I wasn't certain about. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for a Toyota or who just wants to have their vehicle serviced. A+++! Will certainly be doing business with these guys in the future. More

Purchased a car here over a month ago. The transaction wasnt as smooth as we had hoped but wasnt too bad. After getting home from the dealership we nocticed an issue with the vehicle. After goiong and talking to the general manager and explaining to him the situation he instructed us to bring him the vehicle in a couple of days and he would fix it which he did. More

These guys know how to do business. They really care about their customers and do their best to give you a quality vehicle for a fair price. I will be back next time I need a new or used car.
