Gregg was extremely helpful and did everything he could to help us get in the car we wanted. My husband said it was the most fun he had ever had buying a new car! The car we originally went to see didn't have all the features we wanted, so Gregg located another one and brought it up to the showroom for us to look at. We decided to purchase that one and he was very knowledgeable about the features, showing us how to work everything. After finding out that a Honda Accord was not going to meet our needs, we went to Toyota of Cleveland to check out the Camry. Kyle Armao greeted us after we arrived and showed us what was available in the meet our needs, we went to Toyota of Cleveland to check out the Camry. Kyle Armao greeted us after we arrived and showed us what was available in the current inventory. After a while, Kyle arranged for us to take a test drive. I soon became impressed with the Camry and the knowledge of Kyle about the car. He answered all of our questions in a professional and courteous manner. After taking a test drive we decided which Camry we wanted. I had no intention of buying a car that day, but with the help of Kyle, the transaction of buying our Camry was easy and stress free. I am looking forward to rolling up some trouble free miles in our new Camry. I would not hesitate to go back to Toyota of Cleveland for my next Toyota purchase. Kudos to Kyle and his team. More

My purchase of a new Tacoma for my wife was very straight-forward and pleasant. I had bought a new Tundra last year from this dealership and my salesman was Jason Lawson. He was polite, informative straight-forward and pleasant. I had bought a new Tundra last year from this dealership and my salesman was Jason Lawson. He was polite, informative and eager to help, so when I was in the market again I asked for him. He arranged a test drive in a Tacoma very similar to the one we purchased and allowed us to take it out on our own with no rush. This was very helpful as my wife was not sure how she would like the vehicle and did not want someone "looking over her shoulder" while she was getting comfortable with the truck and deciding if it would work for her. She did indeed like the truck so we determined that a Tacoma would fit our needs. Mr. Lawson put no pressure on us when we came back and touched base with me a few days later to answer any questions, and offered to help us in any way he could. We returned a few weeks later and drove the Tacoma we ended up buying. This time Mr. Lawson came with us and answered our many questions about the vehicle. The purchase was easy and at a fair price. Mr. Butch Tipton, the finance manager once again handled the paperwork and was efficient, courteous and professional. He went the extra mile for us regarding financing and convinced their bank to match the very good rate I had obtained elsewhere in order to keep the loan "in house" and lower our hassle. I had an initially poor experience at this dealership last year after the purchase of my new Tundra over a maintenance/warranty issue. With the help of the service manager Mr. Tom Trout and followup by General Manager Mr. Eddie Triplett, this issue was resolved to my entire satisfaction and this directly related to my purchase this year of another new vehicle. I would not have purchased another vehicle from this dealership without this. As it was, I was happy to return and would recommend this dealership highly. More
Our sales consultant, Roger Thompson, was friendly, patient, and helpful. I knew I wanted a Prius but I was unsure about all the other details (moon roof, navigation packages, interior trim, etc). I was undecided and kept going back and forth between all the options. I even had them look at other dealerships to see if there were other colors available with the trim package I wanted. We spent a day and a half with Roger test driving all the Prii on the lot! He was always considerate and genuinely encouraged us to buy the car that was right for us. When it came time to discuss our trade-in, he helped us secure the best deal. We drove away very satisfied customers. We will definitely do business with Roger again! More
