Originally I had contacted and spoken with Kyle some time back, over the internet and email.I was interested in purchasing a 2009 Fj Cruiser. I came down to Toyota of Cleveland, filled out my Gift Card paper back, over the internet and email.I was interested in purchasing a 2009 Fj Cruiser. I came down to Toyota of Cleveland, filled out my Gift Card paperwork, and test drove it. I told them I would be in touch. When I looked on the internet again, several weeks later, I saw the 2012 Quick Sand Fj, that I wound up purchasing. It just fit, my being Retired Military, and having spent time in the Desert! My wife and I had an appointment set up to meet with a salesman, and we were running late due to my Daughter having surgery. Holly Ivey, and Kyle Armao had gone for the day, but Jason Lawson stepped up to the plate, and said that "he would stay late, if we needed him to, to show us what we wanted, and to work out any details." We sat down with Jason, and Jonathan Bussey,and talked financing, which both of them worked Very Hard searching for the best Warranty, and finance rate possible. A BETTER Rate was to be had, and Jonathan went beyond to get our best rate possible. Jason, was without a question, Dedicated to Our Needs, we never felt pushed for any reason during the lengthy process, he even offered other Fj's for us to look at. Gregg Bain was great to work with. He was not high-pressure. In fact, his approach was different than any car dealer I have ever experienced. We were already approved with our local credit union but Karen Baird seen to it that we had the best financing and warranty coverage available with Toyota. Honest, Professional and easy to work with.
