We just purchased a 2013 Scion FRS at this dealership. It had been ordered since September, but Chuck Taylor and Pete Green kept us informed frequently during this time of the progress of the order. I had a really good experience purchasing our new van from Toyota of Cleveland and salesman Jason Lawson. Once we decided between two vans; Jason allowed us to bring them into the bay area where it was warm and well lit to really compare them and get a good look. He asked us what was important to us out of the vehicle we wanted to buy and was knowledgeable about the vans equipment. He allowed us plenty of time and even watched after our kids while my wife and I discussed our options; and all this was well after the 7:00 p.m. when the sales department closes. The sales people doing the paper work well very professional as well and had everything ready and available to help us complete our deal as soon as possible so we could get home and get kids to bed! We are having some after market accessories added to our new purchase and I have already been called within 10 hours to have the work set-up.
