My son and I was looking at the only Prius C and Kyle was very helpful and worked very hard to get me that car . My husband and I visited this dealership with the intention of possibly purchasing a used vehicle. We met Roger on the lot and told him what we were interested in. We expected to get the usual car salesman spill, but were pleasantly surprised with a comfortable/no pressure experience. Roger gave us numbers for a used vehicle and a new vehicle to find us the best car for our money. The price of the new vehicle was great, but the color I wanted was not on the lot. Roger quickly handled the situation, and the car I want is being delivered in a few days! We are very happy with our purchase, the price of the vehicle, and the overall experience of feeling like an important customer. More

When we went to Toyota of Cleveland in McDonald, Tenn, we were just going to "look". When arrived we were greeted with a friendly guy named Gregg Bain. Of course salesmen are always friendly when they thin were just going to "look". When arrived we were greeted with a friendly guy named Gregg Bain. Of course salesmen are always friendly when they think they are going to make a sale. But early in our experience with Gregg, we felt no pressure from him. He wanted to hear from us on what we wanted to look at. He didn't try to sway us into looking at vehicles that we showed no interest. After test driving a couple of models, Gregg gave us time on our own to decide what we wanted to do. And coming together with a deal,we feel we were offered a good price for our 8 year old Avalon. We didn't have any pricing hassling that we had experienced at other places. We drove away feeling good with the friendly experience we had there. And Gregg Bain has sinced called our home 2 times in less than a full week making sure we are still happy with our purchase of our new Avalon. More

We had a very tight schedule and needed to buy a car in two hours on a very rainy day. Brad helped us get things moving quickly and sped up the paperwork part. Brad was friendly and outgoing, without being pushy. We felt that he really wanted us to get the best deal possible, rather than being worried about his commission. He allowed us to test drive two differen felt that he really wanted us to get the best deal possible, rather than being worried about his commission. He allowed us to test drive two different vehicles to compare them, and they weren't just a couple mile test drives - we took the prius out on winding roads for about 10 miles! He helpfully pointed out pros and cons for each vehicle without us having to ask a million questions. When we did have questions, whether important or not, Brad did not make us feel like we were stupid for asking. He took each question seriously and answered them as if they were the most important questions. He was completely ok with us walking away for a few hours and again did not pressure us to return or anything. When we chose our vehicle, he drafted up a "We Owe You" contract, stating that the dealership would fix the scratches and dents in the passenger side doors and rear. He got us a great deal and even threw in bluetooth (to be installed next week when they fixed the scratches). We were very happy with the entire experience. We have previously purchased a new vehicle at a chevy dealership - this experience was a million times better. We will definitely return to Toyota of Cleveland, and recommend it and Brad to others. More
