I recently brought a 2011 Toyota Camry at Toyota of Cleveland. The salesman was Jason Lawson. He was helpful and kind, and tried his best to help me in every way. I was forced to check the Terms of Use in order to submit the review, even though I could never get it to open for me. This is the 4th Toyota I have owned. The customer service has always been exceptional. This time has been the best by far. I applied online for my financing and told the associate what I was looking service has always been exceptional. This time has been the best by far. I applied online for my financing and told the associate what I was looking for by phone, how much I was willing to put down and my budget for payments. They were great. I got everything that I asked for without being a hassle. I told the associate that after my financial needs were met, then I would come onto the lot to test drive. I could not ask for better customer service from Gregg and the finance department. More

After looking at another Toyota dealership and being disappointed with the selection, someone suggested that my husband and I visit Toyota of Cleveland. I am so glad we did! We found exactly the car we disappointed with the selection, someone suggested that my husband and I visit Toyota of Cleveland. I am so glad we did! We found exactly the car we wanted, and our salesman, Pete Green, was knowledgeable, helpful, and even funny. He never pressured us, and he patiently answered all of our questions (and we had a lot)!
