First off let me say I am sometimes uncomfortable in car dealerships. Sometimes you feel pushed to buy something you dont want, but with Roger at Toyota in Cleveland it was totally different. As a woman I felt very comfortable with him and me made me feel like I was part of the car buying process. He was patient, very informative, and never acted like he wanted to be anywhere else but helping us. Roger went out of his way to get the truck my boyfriend wanted. They did not have the particular Toyota Tundra that he wanted but Roger found one for him and had it delivered right to the dealership. Roger got the right color and all the specifications that my boyfriend wanted. He worked very hard to find the right truck for us and kept in contact with us to tell us when it was coming in and when it finally came in, we were welcomed by him soon as we walked in. He showed us around the dealership and where to go when we bring the truck in for service. He went over all the features of the truck and let us take it for a test drive before the transaction was finalized. He stayed with us for all the paperwork to make sure everything was ok. Roger also took the time to look up prices on running boards for the truck. I have to say that Roger has renewed my comfort level for a car dealership, and if all sales consulants were as nice and professional as Roger there wouldnt be any cars on the lot because they would all be sold! This experience far exceeded my expectations when dealing with a car sales dealer/person. I expected a very high pressure push from the sales person, even when we thought our credit wouldn't qualify. That expectation couldn't been further from how we were treated. The whole staff treated us with dignity, respect, and like a human, not another potential sale. We arrived with zero intentions to buy, but drove away in a new vehicle. That is what happens when the sales person treats the customer right and works with them with no pressure. WE ended up qualifying for a wonderful APR, so it and the salesman is what made us decide to purchase on a day when we had no intention of buying. I have already referred friends to the dealership, & specifically the sales man. I will continue to do so based on this one experience my wife and I had. More
