My wife and I bought a new 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid with the help of Brad Doty, Holly Ivey and Jeff the finance man. Holly is the internet sales associate. While the process of buying a car can be stressful, I felt Brad, Ivey and Jeff did everything they could to give my wife and myself adequate information to make a good decision. In other words they were all professional. Holly provided a lot of the details concerning which cars were available and at what price. Brad, the sales associate, would follow up with a phone call to make sure we received the information. Of course the devil is in the details. It seems that most dealerships have a lot of added fees such as doc fees. Brad, Holly and Jeff did not try to hide these fees and the cost of the car was sent to me in an email so I could crunch the numbers. Just be aware that you have to add doc fees, tax and title, and 7.3% sales to any Tennessee car deal. The 7.3% is applied to the total ( including doc fees, short for documentation fees). This is applied to the total after the trade in allowance. More
