The staff were very helpful kind and informative. It helped my buying experience to be a pleasant one. They did not try to push me into something I did not want or need. Service was prompt and accomodating. Mark got my car serviced on short notice. The waiting area is accomodating with literature, space to spread out from others and have room to work while waiting. serviced on short notice. Was dissapointed with the actual buying experience. Granted the Truck I chose was priced well, and I was given agood/average trade for my beloved Honda. The fees incurred at the end were excessive-200$ Granted the Truck I chose was priced well, and I was given agood/average trade for my beloved Honda. The fees incurred at the end were excessive-200$ to transfer a tag and title-actual cost less than 30 dollars-lots of profit there. 457 doc fees plus the 200 very out of the park. Then the theft recovery insurance-200? for 3 years, not needed.I was'nt really given a choice about the extended warrenty-1899.00 extra for a warrenty that runs concurrent with the factory warrenty? 6 days later- my old loan not paid off. My refund from the previous extended warrenty on my Honda not recieved. Really rushed through the actual signing/ buyin experience. Granted I did begin this online, and did wish to expedite it, but felt like I really did'nt have a choice when it came to the contract. By the way, don't know if Kyle was new to the Toyota line, but was not given any information about the operation of the new, to me Truck.Your sister dealership was much better in this aspect-when Amos Trotter took about 10 minutes to familiarize me with my Honda i traded for this Truck. I was also given a tour of the service area, as well as introduced to the service writer, and manager at Cleveland village Honda. Kyle was personally very nice to me, but seemed occupied with several other customers during the sale. Not so at Cleve. Honda with Amos. Was much more rushed through the business experience at Cleveland Toyota than Honda. Granted Honda had many of the same fees, Like to keep my business local but this is probably the last time I will deal with this Dealer group. I am often amazed at how the need to profit big on each deal is more important than the long haul customer-service-relationship. Seemed like i was just a number. But as I said, I have the truck I wanted, and will go elsewhere with my next purchase. Will also relate this experience to my family and others. Might cost you business-but you seemed like you had some. By the way- The salesmen sitting like fat vultures on the golf carts was a bit much. It was quite a turnoff for me. Kyle did not do this-he was referred to me by Holly. She was very nice and seemed helpful. Still don't have my promised gift card though. More
