I had a really good experience purchasing our new van from Toyota of Cleveland and salesman Jason Lawson. He went out of his way to show us the vehicles we were interested in without pressuring or rushi from Toyota of Cleveland and salesman Jason Lawson. Once we decided between two vans; Jason allowed us to bring them into the bay area where it was warm and well lit to really compare them and get a good look. He asked us what was important to us out of the vehicle we wanted to buy and was knowledgeable about the vans equipment. He allowed us plenty of time and even watched after our kids while my wife and I discussed our options; and all this was well after the 7:00 p.m. when the sales department closes. The sales people doing the paper work well very professional as well and had everything ready and available to help us complete our deal as soon as possible so we could get home and get kids to bed! We are having some after market accessories added to our new purchase and I have already been called within 10 hours to have the work set-up. I have bought over 8 Toyota's over the past 25 years and can truly say this was one of if not the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle! More

Originally I had contacted and spoken with Kyle some time back, over the internet and email.I was interested in purchasing a 2009 Fj Cruiser. I came down to Toyota of Cleveland, filled out my Gift Card paper back, over the internet and email.I was interested in purchasing a 2009 Fj Cruiser. I came down to Toyota of Cleveland, filled out my Gift Card paperwork, and test drove it. I told them I would be in touch. When I looked on the internet again, several weeks later, I saw the 2012 Quick Sand Fj, that I wound up purchasing. It just fit, my being Retired Military, and having spent time in the Desert! My wife and I had an appointment set up to meet with a salesman, and we were running late due to my Daughter having surgery. Holly Ivey, and Kyle Armao had gone for the day, but Jason Lawson stepped up to the plate, and said that "he would stay late, if we needed him to, to show us what we wanted, and to work out any details." We sat down with Jason, and Jonathan Bussey,and talked financing, which both of them worked Very Hard searching for the best Warranty, and finance rate possible. A BETTER Rate was to be had, and Jonathan went beyond to get our best rate possible. Jason, was without a question, Dedicated to Our Needs, we never felt pushed for any reason during the lengthy process, he even offered other Fj's for us to look at.
