I was looking at the 2012 camry and I was not looking to make a purchase but the salesman and the dealership was very easy to talk with I did not feel any pressure what so ever and there was no haggle. Stopped by the dealership mid afternoon on a Saturday, had already done a bit of shopping online, but was still unclear about some of the options and if I really wanted the Tacoma truck at all. Roger was very pleasant to deal with; he took his time before he showed us any trucks to review what we looking for in a truck and exactly how we wanted to use it. Once he was knew what we were looking for he didn't waste time looking at trucks that didn't fit the bill. After Roger explained all of the features we took our test drive on a real road not just a nice flat, even slice of interstate. There was never any pressure to purchase at any time I felt I could have said thanks for the info and walked away. When it came time for the hard part, talking money, again Roger made everything very easy. The price was right the first time as was the interest rate All the warranty and maintenance options were explained clearly and completely with no pressure to purchase, After all the paperwork, Roger then spent another half hour reviewing the features of the truck and helping to set up the bluetooth. I would highly recommend this dealership and most especially Roger Thompson to anyone interested in buying a car or truck hassle free. More

Last October, I was in a wreck totaling my Honda Accord. Once I received word that the car was totaled, I went by Toyota of Cleveland as well as Larry Hill Ford to take a look at their used vehicles. Since I did not know the total amount that I would receive from my insurance company yet, all I could do was look around. Dave Mason was very helpful and detailed about Toyota's available used cars - event knowing that I could not purchase anything that day. A week later, I was notified how much I was receiving from my insurance company. As soon as I found out, I headed back to see Dave since he was such a big help the week before. We test drove a Corolla, Camry and a Honda Accord before narrowing it down to either the Camry or Accord. Dave had the financial offices draw up estimated payments for both vehicles showing 3 different down payment amounts. I really liked the details they put into that report, letting me know each of the possibilities and how it would affect me each month financially. I finally decided on the 2010 Toyota Camry. I felt it would be a more reliable car for my future. This was my first vehicle that I purchased for myself and Dave made it a very easy and relaxed process. I never felt pressured or lied to and I really appreciated it. Dave has even kept in touch with me since the purchase to make sure everything is still going smoothly. It was by far the best "first car purchase" experience I could have asked for. More

Gregg was very cooperative and went above and beyond what would normally be expected of a car salesman. t was late in the day when we finally finished the contract. My wife and I are usually reluctant to purchase a new (i.e. even though "used" it is still new to us) and we may very well have not purchased a vehicle that day.
