I wanted a midsize- truck and decided on a Toyota Tacoma after hearing how durable they were. Being from North Carolina, I talked with Asheville and Hendersonville dealers but was not satisfied. The experience we had was a pleasure from the moment we were greeted in the parking lot. He was not pushy or aggressive as many car salesman can be. We asked for the best price as well as a value for our trade - there was no going back and forth to the "sales manager" - it was just a straight presentation of the price which was much better than we had gotten earlier in the day from another dealer. We agreed to the price and the trade, worked with the finance manager to fill out the paperwork, then got to drive our new car home. It was a very good experience, and I would recommend Charles and this dealership to anyone interested in a Toyota. More
