Awesome! I was looking for a great car but something that was also within my price range. When i went to Toyota to look at a vehicle I had found online I had been told that it had been sent to auction because it did not pass inspection. I was disappointed but happy to see that they won't sell just anything to their customers. I met Roger Thompson that afternoon and he said that he would help me find exactly what I was looking for and keep within my budget. A week later I received a call that they had vehicle that I may be interested in and scheduled a time for me to come look at it. Roger met me at the door and took me out to look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I was so happy with the car after the drive we went in and signed the papers and I left with it that day! Roger was a huge help in making sure I found what i wanted and needed and helping get through all the paperwork without it being a stressful time. I am so happy with my vehicle and service that I will be recommending Toyota of Cleveland to all my family and friends who are looking for a new car!! More
Our experience was absolutely pleasant at Toyota of Cleveland. We test drove four cars. Lee was very patient with us. We didn't feel pressured by him at all. The salesman that I dealt with, Mike Davis, made the difference in where I bought my new truck. I visited other dealerships in the area, but Mike made the buying experience fun and relaxing. Mike Davis helped us find the vehicle we needed. We told him exactly what we wanted, and he made the deal work for us. I can't say that I've ever worked with or heard of a car salesman that actually worked him exactly what we wanted, and he made the deal work for us. Just another dishonest car dealership. Make sure you do your research and pay close attention to what you are signing. They are out to make money with no integrity. Update: The manager contacted me in an attempt to resolve the issue I had. I wrote back to agree on a meeting. I explained that I was planning to come to the dealership and cancel their extended maintenance plan and we could meet then. The only problem with this attempt is he never replied! I then called to speak to someone about removing the extended maintenance plan. This person seemed friendly. I arrived at the dealership to sign the cancellation paperwork and this is the moment when insult to injury rings the loudest. Not a hello, not a handshake, not a would you like to come to my office and discuss this, not a sorry you've had a bad experience and not even a goodbye. Wow! This is how you're treated at a dealership that values customer satisfaction? I can say that Roger Thompson is an outstanding person and salesman. My impression of this dealership as a whole would be five star if Mr. Thompson was the only person I had dealt with. More
